Dear Jennifer,
I wanted to thank you ever so much for all your help with the POC (Portable Oxygen Concentrator). I’ve meant to call/write you earlier but Mom has been in the hospital since the day after returning home. She came down with pneumonia and spent 9 days in ICU, but is home now and doing better.
The POC was a life-saver! Particularly since XXXX San Diego failed to deliver the M6 oxygen tanks to the ship! I reported it to the reps, who indicate they’ve heard before that XXXX has been remiss in supporting traveling patients. I’d like to switch to Bemes Home Medical thanks to you!

The Sequal Eclipse was great! We used it on pulse when on battery and on continuous in the stateroom. It really was a lifesaver, particularly since we were four days at sea each way before reaching Hawaii/home.
